So much delicious, hearty, meaty food in Korea! I felt like I had some kind of pork everyday. I think I actually did LOL. From pork belly, to chicken, to a different kind of bulgogi, to kimchi jjigae, and even natto jjigae, you can travel to Korea just for the food.
Happy Valentine's Day! Belated, I should say. It's been a while since my beau and I had an actual Valentine's Day date. We usually don't go crazy over this holiday; we're already lovey-dovey on a regular basis LOL!
Kayaked a mile and a half on the Wailua River, then hiked another mile on a muddy, slippery trail to then finally reach the Secret Falls. Mind you, this was only one-way.
What an experience! Went tubing for the first time, and it was in irrigation canals. I think that's the only way to truly experience real river tubing, through irrigation canals LOL. Talk about tunnel vision.
Finally got to hike Lanikai's Pillboxes Trail and I'm so upset at myself for not going sooner, and therefore more often. The view going up the trail was simply gorgeous!
Spring is coming to a close and this is a farewell to my second-favorite season...
