This was my second time riding the Edge Coaster at the Crown Regency Tower in Cebu.  It was just as heart-stopping as the first!

The coaster holds two persons in their rail seats which tours around the edge of the building from the 38th floor of the tower.  You’ll be secured onto the seats which are capable of tilting forward, giving you no choice but to look down.  The tilt can go up to 55-degrees using the levers anchored on the restraint bars of the seats.  As the attendant advised, “This is fun (pushing the lever forward); this is boring (pushing the lever back).”

I rode with one of the staff members who looked a bit like Marian Rivera when she smiled/laughed.  She rode the coaster “many, many times” which explains her nonchalance throughout the whole ride.  I didn’t know she was pushing the lever forward, thus forcing me to look down, thus scaring the piglet in me!  At the same time, she was asking me questions like “Where are you from?,” and “Is this your first time?,” and “Is that your mom inside?” I don’t know! Orange? Orange is the answer!  Am I gonna get cash for each correct answer like Cash Cab?!  LOL!  I don’t even know if we made it to the 55-degree angle because I was blurting out “DON’T DO IT!” every time the seat launched forward. But without her, the ride would’ve been boring.  I’m glad for Marian Rivera dopplegänger.

Pictures were also being taken during the ride; maybe even a hidden video cam was going.  The coaster would stop at certain spots for their photographer to take pics.  As you can see, I’m not looking at the camera.  I refused to move or even tilt my head because I was too afraid!  Haha!  I’m usually not this scared of a piglet as I make myself sound :p

Nonetheless, the city view from here was great! Definitely a "Sky Experience!"
