Such an experience to wear a Hanbok (Korean traditional dress), and not just to try it on, but to wear it in the city LOL. My friend and I rented Hanboks to use for our Gyeongbok Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village visit. It was fun, yet a struggle. First, I couldn't wear the Hanbok I initially picked out because it was too long for me. That scenario went on after three Hanbok fittings till I finally found one that fit. Then, the clouds were abundant that day, and so, rain poured. It was around 45 degrees Fahrenheit while running around in these dresses, while raining, and while trying to take pics. Mind you, these dresses are light and thin. Needless to say, we were freezing our asses off. I'm surprised it didn't snow kekeke. However, besides the distress, the beautiful sight of the palace and village with our Hanboks on made it all worth while. You can tell from the pics :p
